Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Just Roll Up (“we”) handles your personal data when you use our app and website. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@justrollup.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Profile: your name, phone number and vehicle registration plate.
• Orders: the orders shops log against your number and their status.
• Location: your device location, collected only while you are actively collecting an order, to share your approach with the shop.
• Device tokens: to send you push notifications.

How we use it

To provide the service: matching your orders, letting the shop see you approaching during a collection, the vehicle plate so they bring it to the right car, and notifications.

Who we share it with

• The shop you are collecting from — your name, phone, vehicle plate, and live location for the duration of that collection only.
• Service providers that run our infrastructure: Supabase (database/auth), Google Firebase (push notifications), and MapTiler (maps). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your account and order data while your account is active. Location points used during a collection are short-lived and overwritten.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

We will update this policy as the service evolves and post the new version here.
