These terms govern your use of JustRollUp. By using the app or website you agree to them.
The service
Just Roll Up helps you collect orders from participating local shops kerbside. You place and pay for orders directly with the shop; we coordinate the collection (notifying you when it's ready and sharing your approach with the shop).
Your account
Keep your login secure and your profile details (including phone and vehicle plate) accurate, as shops rely on them to match and hand over your order.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Don't attempt to collect orders that aren't yours, and follow local traffic and parking rules when pulling up to a shop.
Fees
Any collection fee is shown to you and charged by the shop as part of your order. Pricing may change; current pricing is shown at the time of use.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not party to the sale between you and the shop, and are not responsible for the goods, their quality, or the shop's conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
